Excellent customer service and repairs!

Very happy with my experience visiting Eastside Auto Service last week. Needed an oil change and to have an exhaust problem diagnosed. They were able to quickly assess my vehicle and send me an inspection report of the issues they found including photos. I love this because it’s actually evidence that the mechanic has looked at your vehicle before recommending repairs. Parts were ordered and repair and service work was done same day. Price was reasonable and parts used were of good quality. Will definitely be back.

Ran around between various automotive repair shops without a solution for my issue. Than I finally reached out to East Side Auto. Rob and the team were able to find a solution. The service I received was exceptional, professional and courteous. They definetly went above and beyond to help my family and I get back on the road. I highly recommend this shop, as they put customer experience at the forefront.
