Excellent service. Happy to find this place. Stopped going to the dealer shop who were always recommending unnecessary repairs and charging more. Eastside auto has very good and professional staff. They do a thorough check on your car and prepare a report for you to decide which services you want to have done. They never the push the customer. Their rates are reasonable and they even provide shuttle service to drop and pick you which is very convenient. Finally I found a go to place for my all car repairs and maintenance.

Was looking to finally move on from getting my service done at dealerships to stop having to deal with their outrageous prices and constant upselling of services I didn't actually need. Decided to go with Eastside at their Chartwell location due to the great reviews, and was extremely pleased with their service and entire process. Aside from good service, the biggest thing I was looking for in an independent shop to start going to was trust and honesty, so I don't have to fear every time I bring my car in I'm going to get a shopping list worth thousands of dollars. I brought my car in for front brake replacement, transfer case & differential service, and oil change (all services I requested to bring it for). Brought my car in the morning, recieved a vehicle inspection report showing all good when that was complete, and then all service was complete and picked my car up before 2pm same day (they also shuttled me back and forth). They didn't try upsell me or tell me I needed any BS service. The entire process was seemless and all of their staff was nice, helpful, and great to speak to. They have made a customer out of me!

Phenomenal service, just came to get my tires changed for the new season and I am blown away by the hospitality of the staff (Krystal at the front is amazing). They have all these complimentary services such as inspection and wash included. I will definitely be back here in the future for any auto services I need!

John and Devin are always so great in diagnosing, recommending repair and returning my vehicle in a timely fashion. Kudos to all the techs behind the scenes as well. It’s a big relief to have a trusted mechanic and Eastside will continue to have my future service.
