Great friendly service

I had a great experience at Eastside Automotive (Speers Rd.). My Ford Escape tailgate was a mess with multiple issues. Peter was very courteous and provided me with a detailed estimate. I was also given one of their 'vintage' loaner cars free of charge while my Escape was being repaired. The price was reasonable and competitive with other local garages. Also, received a courtesy wash and vacuum. Customer service was great and would recommend to others.

Phenomenal service. Staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient. They dropped me off where I needed to go after I dropped my car off to get fixed. 5/5. Definitely recommend.

Good prices, good work, and they always inspect the car for free(sometimes you'll go for a X dollar job but you get a quote for higher because they quote all the problems they find. They have no issue just fixing what you want though. Unless the additional items they find are obvious safety concerns.) The warranty on parts and labour is great. They also will show you the problem on your car if you can not understand what they're explaining to you. I have never had a complaint. I don't understand why there are negative reviews. I would recommend in a heart beat.

Fantastic service and repairs! I was checked in by Devin and he explained to me (in terms I could actually understand) what needed to be done with my car. They also went above-and-beyond for the installation and purchasing of my new winter tires. Highly recommend them!

Worked directly with Devin. Was looking into purchasing a new car. After 2 weeks of intensive searching, he found me a car, 4200 dollars cheaper than anyone else in the GTA. Constant communication and no haggling at all. I think the total was 540 dollars above dealer cost for a 2014. I was very picky into color and model and he found me exactly what i was looking for.
