Excellent service. Took the time to explain everything to me, and even provided a report. Staff are very kind and helpful.

This place is a hidden gem of an auto repair shop. Brought in my Jeep Wrangler that was making noises on occasion. Even though I couldn’t give much of a lead the technician jumped right on it and got my full vehicle report back to me within an hour. Turned out to be a failing flex line, which I got to find out through a link to a report included with the diagnostic, never had such a detailed report with pictures to go with it Krystal had explained every detail reported by the technician and next steps as though she’s handled my case a hundred times. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Had my car back by the end of the day, no hassle for any upsells and the car’s running better than ever. Hope when next I’m in David V works on my car again

Crystal completed handled my booking and notified me prior to my scheduled appointment and notified me that they were just washing my car and I could pick it up afterwards. Very clean waiting room and shop area. I spent 35 years in the automotive industry and these guys have it buttoned down for sure.

Had my car repaired in the body shop after an accident. The manager Danny Zita was wonderful to work with. He reviewed the damage and explained everything that needed to be done to repair. Also he and kept me informed on a daily basis on the progress of the repair. He really knows his business and delivered the car before his timeline. When I went to pick up my car it was completely detailed and looked like I just picked it up from the showroom. Great job!!

From start to finish, the crew at Eastside Auto Service were super friendly and professional, offered me an overview of my car before starting the work so I knew exactly what would be done and how much it would cost. The price was fair, and they made sure to bring me home and the pick me up when it was time to get my car back. 10/10 care! Will go back to Eastside Auto Service whenever I need to service my car.
