Everything is excellent.

Had my car repaired in the body shop after an accident. The manager Danny Zita was wonderful to work with. He reviewed the damage and explained everything that needed to be done to repair. Also he and kept me informed on a daily basis on the progress of the repair. He really knows his business and delivered the car before his timeline. When I went to pick up my car it was completely detailed and looked like I just picked it up from the showroom. Great job!!

From start to finish, the crew at Eastside Auto Service were super friendly and professional, offered me an overview of my car before starting the work so I knew exactly what would be done and how much it would cost. The price was fair, and they made sure to bring me home and the pick me up when it was time to get my car back. 10/10 care! Will go back to Eastside Auto Service whenever I need to service my car.

Once again, John Paccione provided me with invaluable customer service. I experienced a serious and significant engine failure. I had the car towed to the Speers Rd location. John verified the damage, and then did some research. He checked with a couple of dealers, and booked me in for service with one of them to have the engine replaced under warranty. He saved me many thousands of dollars. He showed that he cares. Thanks John.

Car, older VW Golf, went in with sticking clutch pedal. Correctly identified as master cylinder problem and fixed. While there they identified another problem, a clamp on the exhaust system was missing so they repaired that too. Car is now running well and much quieter than before, I guess we had just got used to the noise!

Better prices compared to a dealership. Their communication is excellent and not only was my problem well explained but there were photos and I could see he big hole that needed to be repaired. Highly recommend. Minivan’s getting old, I will be back.

Excellent service every employee was so nice to talk to and friendly as well as the shuttle drive very nice staff all around. And the service on my Rav4 was top notch
