I have been a customer for many years. The customer service is excellent. Krystal takes time to answer my questions when I book an appointment and/or when she calls about my car when it is being serviced. She builds trust with the customers. Everything is approved by me before the job is started on my car. The mechanics do a great job and I appreciate that they even wash my car before I pick it up.

Can't say enough good things about this place! As a woman I've dealt with mechanics talking down to me or trying to pull one over on me, but that is never a concern with Eastside Auto. They're incredibly transparent and communicative, providing pictures, clear explanations, and reasonable suggestions for any work that may not be immediately necessary. Their prices are fair and competitive with any other place I looked into, and I've been nothing but happy with the service I've received. Krystal is an absolute rockstar and a joy to deal with.
