Once again, John Paccione provided me with invaluable customer service. I experienced a serious and significant engine failure. I had the car towed to the Speers Rd location. John verified the damage, and then did some research. He checked with a couple of dealers, and booked me in for service with one of them to have the engine replaced under warranty. He saved me many thousands of dollars. He showed that he cares. Thanks John.

Car, older VW Golf, went in with sticking clutch pedal. Correctly identified as master cylinder problem and fixed. While there they identified another problem, a clamp on the exhaust system was missing so they repaired that too. Car is now running well and much quieter than before, I guess we had just got used to the noise!

Better prices compared to a dealership. Their communication is excellent and not only was my problem well explained but there were photos and I could see he big hole that needed to be repaired. Highly recommend. Minivan’s getting old, I will be back.

Too bad the maximum of stars is only 5. Devin and John are awesome to deal with and always offer top level customer service. It is no surprise that they have a high retention of loyal customers. Great people and great service equals high customer satisfaction.
