Terrific service! Took my Fiat there, for tires, tune up and repairs! Was informed of the status of all items checked on the car as part of the winterization inspection and what needed to be done as well as what to keep an eye on for the future! The breakdown/ overview was extremely helpful and very reassuring! Found my new service provider for all our vehicle needs! The staff ( Rob) so professional and polite, explained everything that was repaired and why. Look no further if your vehicles need servicing

I needed a repair after someone tried to steal my Acura TLX. They had popped out the key cylinder and broken some of the plastic moulding around the handle. I called the Acura dealer first but wasn’t thrilled with their communication or costs so decided to look for another shop. I found East Side and called and Devin was very helpful right from the start. He did his best to prioritize my job even though they were swamped with work. He got it all done, saved me a few hundred bucks in the process and the service just couldn’t have been better. I will be going back for sure.
