Dropped my car off because of a misfire . They did a thorough diagnostics and replaced spark plugs and ignition coils . Car runs great . Friendly service as well !

Took our Lexus NX 200t to get brake pads and fluid replaced. The inspection was detailed, and Rob helped us thoroughly by tailoring recommendations to our servicing (just doing fluids as pads were still adequate). They provided me a ride to and from home, and had excellent customer service throughout. Pricing was reasonable and competitive too. All the maintenance information is also sent electronically. It was our first time there, but won’t be our last. Thank you Eastside!

Exxellent service, thorough inspection, they do not pressure you to fix anything you are not ready to fix or not really needed.. they provide pick up service which I really appreciated

I've been bringing both my vehicles to Eastside for a while now, they have become my go to mechanic shop. I find them to be honest and never feel they are upselling me on what needs to be fixed and their pricing has always been fair.

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles here for about 2 years now and we could not be happier with the service. Their work is honest, transparent and reasonably priced. They make honest recommendations about repairs that need to be done, as well as repairs that can be held off until a future date. They take photos of all their recommendations and send them directly to the customer. A prime example of a family owned business doing it right! Even though we moved out of the area, we happily drive 30+ minutes to bring our vehicles in for service because we trust them and know they care about us and the work they do. We are very grateful for Eastside Auto.
