I needed a repair after someone tried to steal my Acura TLX. They had popped out the key cylinder and broken some of the plastic moulding around the handle. I called the Acura dealer first but wasn’t thrilled with their communication or costs so decided to look for another shop. I found East Side and called and Devin was very helpful right from the start. He did his best to prioritize my job even though they were swamped with work. He got it all done, saved me a few hundred bucks in the process and the service just couldn’t have been better. I will be going back for sure.

I have been using Eastside since I purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue in the spring of 2022. Rob has been amazing.(while I usually deal with Rob, Krystal has also been great during our interactions) Whenever I have a problem, he finds a way to get my car seen - in the case of my current issue, the same day! Everyone is friendly, helpful, knowledgable. When Rob is explaining something about my car, he does it in a way I can understand and is always patient if I ask more questions. I like receiving the photos so that I can see exactly what the issue is with my car. Although it seldom happens, should something need to be revisited after a service, they are on it right away. I recommend them highly and I know all our family vehicles are in good hands with Eastside.
