It was my first time visiting Eastside Auto Service, and I was extreamly pleased. They were very friendly, courtious and profesional. They explained my vehicle's problem clearly and offered reasonable alternate solutions. The shuttle service to and from work was great and enjoyable. I got my car back sooner than they quoted at a lower price than they quoted. All in all Excellent! If I had three thumbs, they would get three thumbs up from me.

Eastside Auto Service has come through again..I've been going to this location for over 10 years and could not be more pleased with everyone's professionalism. The staff take the time to explain everything in advance of any repairs and the work is always completed with no unwanted surprises. I also really appreciate the on-line tool that allows me to select my preferred appointment time. Their prices are very reasonable and the convenient shuttle service a real bonus too. Incredible service!! Fixed my tire in a couple of hours, and kindly drove me back to my office since I was located locally. Dropped my car off and even washed it! Very impressed with the cost and quality of service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I am beyond pleased!!! From Devin at the front to Keith to the text message I received with my report to Josh shuttling me to and from my office I am very happy! After taking my car to the dealership and having them quote me about $3000 in repairs over the next few months, Keith looked at it and said some of the work they were quoting was unnecessary. So needless to say you will have my auto business going forward. My husband will no longer go to Canadian Tire and I have already referred a friend of mine over there as well. I had occasion to meet John recently, as a result of an introduction from a personal friend (and existing Eastside client), and in need of advice regarding snow tires and rims for my BMW X3. John, and in fact the entire staff, were very informed and helpful, and totally engaged in the entire process. Purchase was made based on the advice received, and the installation completed in a timely manner. Very professional and a totally pleasant experience. I highly recommend Eastside.

Took a prospect xc7O 2_5T AWD for an inspection and was pleased by the smart, timely and unobtrusive customer service and thorough tech report on the vehicle_ Guys even noticed the age of the tires (though passed the safety requirements) and gave me recommendations on what should be done in the near future and what is due for a regular maintenance_ I would recommend this shop to friends.

Fantastic service and repairs! I was checked in by Devil) and he explained to me (in terms 1 could actually understand) what needed to be done with my car. They also went above-and-beyond for the installation and purchasing of my new winter tires. Highly recommend them!
