I would come to them every time for any maintenance or work on my vehicle if i lived in province. If only most auto services were as transparent, thorough and efficient as them! I told them i needed my car back on the road in 2 days for a safe journey back to Whistler. They had a full detailed online video/picture and written diagnostic of everything that needed repair within 2 hours of my departure from the shop that they sent Via text message and could be easily reviewed online (and shared) at any time. When i called to give them the go ahead, i asked some questions about how the repairs effected the car and Krystal at the front desk could fluently break down and translate what was being done to someone who doesn't understand cars. They were able to assess what was neccessary to see me home safely and have my car back on the road in less than a day and a half after giving me time to decide how i wanted to proceed. My car is running smoothly and soundly again and I am confident in my journey home to BC! They really accomodated a time sensitive situation and were ever so tactful and kind! Thank you Eastside Auto Service!! It would be great to have you in Whistler!

This week was the second time I’ve been to Eastside Auto on Chartwell and have been thoroughly satisfied. Right from the initial conversation to the completion of the job, there is super customer service. I like how I am able to get all the work done at once or do piecemeal. I especially live the detailed reports with pictures that spell out in detail the status of my vehicle. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful service for years. Recently, they had to fix my car mirror and easily could have charged me for a new one but found a less expensive options. They are the best!

Amazing service

Customer care is outstanding and so was the workmanship done on my vehicle. They have knowledgeable staff that take the time to explain car terms in a way that is easy to understand for someone who does not know their way around the makeup of a car and all it's mechanisms. They truly try to accommodate you in every way they can. I will certainly be going back in the future.

It was my first time visiting Eastside Auto Service, and I was extreamly pleased. They were very friendly, courtious and profesional. They explained my vehicle's problem clearly and offered reasonable alternate solutions. The shuttle service to and from work was great and enjoyable. I got my car back sooner than they quoted at a lower price than they quoted. All in all Excellent! If I had three thumbs, they would get three thumbs up from me.

Eastside Auto Service has come through again..I've been going to this location for over 10 years and could not be more pleased with everyone's professionalism. The staff take the time to explain everything in advance of any repairs and the work is always completed with no unwanted surprises. I also really appreciate the on-line tool that allows me to select my preferred appointment time. Their prices are very reasonable and the convenient shuttle service a real bonus too. Incredible service!! Fixed my tire in a couple of hours, and kindly drove me back to my office since I was located locally. Dropped my car off and even washed it! Very impressed with the cost and quality of service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
