The customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. At each appointment, they take photos of the car to show any problems and explain the issue. I highly recommend East Side Auto and won't take my car anywhere else. Thank you to the team at East Side for everything you do.

I grew up in the auto industry having worked in sales and service, so I know good service centres when I see them. They have always gone the extra mile with a full breakdown of what is needed to repair your vehicle. Krystal and Jeremy have both been great to deal with. I love the detailed report that is sent to you prior to any work being done. All of our vehicles are serviced there and we have always been very happy. Professional and amazing service! Highly recommended!

I love this auto shop. Their work is thorough and excellent; customer service is superb. My car died late one night on the road ( it was the alternator); I had it towed to Eastside;they contacted me first thing in the morning; car was repaired and ready to go early afternoon. This is an auto shop you can rely upon for good service and good counsel.
