I am beyond pleased!!! From Devin at the front to Keith to the text message I received with my report to Josh shuttling me to and from my office I am very happy! After taking my car to the dealership and having them quote me about $3000 in repairs over the next few months, Keith looked at it and said some of the work they were quoting was unnecessary. So needless to say you will have my auto business going forward. My husband will no longer go to Canadian Tire and I have already referred a friend of mine over there as well. Wish I found you all sooner!! Beyond pleased. Honest and friendly service are hard to find. Thank you thank you thank you!

I had occasion to meet John recently, as a result of an introduction from a personal friend (and existing Eastside client), and in need of advice regarding snow tires and rims for my BMW X3. John, and in fact the entire staff, were very informed and helpful, and totally engaged in the entire process. Purchase was made based on the advice received, and the installation completed in a timely manner. Very professional and a totally pleasant experience. I highly recommend Eastside.

Took a prospect xc7O 2_5T AWD for an inspection and was pleased by the smart, timely and unobtrusive customer service and thorough tech report on the vehicle_ Guys even noticed the age of the tires (though passed the safety requirements) and gave me recommendations on what should be done in the near future and what is due for a regular maintenance_ I would recommend this shop to friends.

I brought in my car to check the unexpected noise in the Eastside Auto service. After I changed some parts, the problem looked more serious🙁 I talked to Jeremy through the phone for another quote and mentioned my car’s problem still existed. He asked me to drive by when I had chance. In 2 days, I drove to Markham, on the way back, the sound became serious. I was even thinking my car may not break properly if something happened. But thank God, I was safely back to Oakville and drove to Eastside directly. I told Jeremy the sound, he took a test drive with me without any delay. Finally he heard strange noise! I left my car there and got a shuttle home. In 2 days, I picked up my car, everything goes well perfectly now! I want to say their service is wonderful! I didn’t make an appointment in the first time. They just checked my car and called me back maybe in just an hour to give me a quote. Very prompt service! I sent my car in the second time, Jeremy did a test drive immediately. Not only they take care our cars, but also try to serve the clients better and efficiently. The only thing is I haven’t got a chance to ask what the real problem of my car was, because of the time I picked up my car, there was a line up😊

I was from out of town working in Oakville and having big issues with breaks. Called Eastside Auto and explained situation. They said they were fully booked but they took me in anyways fixed the breaks and a bearing. They came threw other wise would of been in a bad situation of trying to get home in another town some distance away
