This place is a hidden gem of an auto repair shop. Brought in my Jeep Wrangler that was making noises on occasion. Even though I couldn’t give much of a lead the technician jumped right on it and got my full vehicle report back to me within an hour. Turned out to be a failing flex line, which I got to find out through a link to a report included with the diagnostic, never had such a detailed report with pictures to go with it Krystal had explained every detail reported by the technician and next steps as though she’s handled my case a hundred times. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Had my car back by the end of the day, no hassle for any upsells and the car’s running better than ever.
