Krystal is incredibly professional, thorough, and consistent. She always follows up, keeps everything organized, and makes the entire process seamless on our end. Managing multiple vehicles can be stressful, but she takes that pressure off completely. What really stands out, though, is how she treats her customers. She genuinely makes you feel like part of the family. I know that might sound corny, but it’s the truth, and it’s rare to find that level of care and attention these days. The team here was absolutely amazing. I am a new customer trying the shop for the first time as I've recently moved to the area. Not familiar with any places - the reviews I've read online definitely lead me here. From the second I walked in - I was immediately greeted and felt welcomed upon arrival within minutes. The wait time for my services was very quick. You can tell the shop works entirely as a team unit. Everyone from the front end to back end staff was in constant communication with me and provided continuous updates while I was waiting ensuring I was comfortable. Post service - my car was given back in better condition then when I first came in. Very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly team. I highly recommend Eastside Auto Service Oakville and it will be my new home repair shop. 5 out of 5 and top tier level of service!
