I drive all the time and I know a little bit about vehicles (by means no expert however) When I called, Jeremy at reception answered the phone, very kind understanding guy. Told him my Honda Civic needed the aluminum oil pan retapped given the threads were totally destroyed by my drain bolt and hence vehicle was leaking oil (most likely my own fault for causing the damage when I last changed my oil)...I dont have a hoist for this kind of repair or a tap/die kit...So the mechanic Dave worked on the vehicle, again super helpful guy. He managed to repair the threads tapping the hole slightly larger and hence get the problem sorted in a half hour. Labour charged was the going rate (mininum hour charged). I was glad that I didnt have to buy a new oil drain pan. I am very happy with their service. Thanks guys you saved the day.
