Excellent customer service and their attention to detail makes Eastside Auto a place that I can trust with my vehicle. So many shops fleece their customers and prey on their ignorance. They do what they say and they charge what they say, and I've only ever had excellent experiences. I've had major work done on my vehicle there and not only had a great price, but the work was done promptly and professionally.

Fast and courteous. Short stay but all good.

I recently had a flat tire in the dark in arctic conditions (feels like -30). I called CAA and a mechanic from East Side came out to fix the tire in no time. I took the vehicle into East Side the following day for repair and unfortunately the tire was too damaged to be patched which they took the time to show me. They were able to bring in a replacement from Hamilton same day and get me on the road again in time to go north for a ski weekend. Service above and beyond the call in my view. They are professional, knowledgeable and polite and I couldn't recommend them enough!! We will be back.

I normally do not respond to reviews but in this particular instance I believe it is necessary. I am a woman who has been a customer of Eastside Auto for over 20 years and have always been treated with the outmost respect. Jeremy and Devin who work the front desk are always extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. Also, I have never had repairs done that were not explained to me before the work was started. .The service provided has always been completed in a timely fashion. The technicians are professional and take pride in their work. I have found the cost of any service provided to be competitive. In summary, I quite highly recommend Eastside Auto to anyone looking for a honest, local auto repair service.

I completely disagree with the previous review by Lauren Y. Jeremy and Devin are fair and professional, and the owner, Glenn Colling, has a high commitment to Customer Service. This shop has been in business for over 40 years. Do you think they would still be in business if they jerked people around on a regular basis? Lauren, I've been a customer of this shop for over a year. I referred my mother to this shop. I've never experienced anything remotely close to what you describe. If you look on the Facebook page for this shop, you see nothing but positive comments. Perhaps you are not telling the full story here, Lauren.
