Had another amazing experience at east side auto today when I went in for a seasonal service! As a young adult in her early 20s who doesn't know that much about cars, I know that I can always trust east side auto to give me the best deals and the most respect! I've never seen such a kind and welcoming group of employees as I have seen over the past couple years at this location! Keep up the great work guys!

I own a 2011 Highlander and noticed a clicking noise when turning the steering wheel. I brought the car into the dealer and discovered it was a known problem with several model years including the 2011. Toyota does not cover the fix for this known problem and the dealer quoted me a charge roughly around $1k. I called Eastside for a quote to fix the issue with my Highlander (Milton Toyota gave me the information for this fix). The cost and time to fix was equivalent to the dealer. I chose Eastside Auto Service Speers location because of the personalized service from Devon, the professionalism of the whole staff and perpetual confidence of a job well done. I have and continue to recommend Eastside Auto Service to my friends.

Highly Recommend! Customer service was great. They were in consistent communication with us through whole process. A detailed report including photos was received after they looked over our SUV so we could review before any work was done.
