We came across Eastside Auto Service from their excellent reviews online. We brought our car in for a tire repair and we could not have been happier with their service. They were very friendly and knowledgable. We are pleased to have found a reliable auto repair centre and will certainly be returning for our next service.

I appreciated the opportunity to chat with Jeremy and his mechanics directly. They listened to my concerns, they researched the problem and explained what needed to be done. I noticed they know all their clients by name, and they are on time. I have been very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them.

Nothing to say except PERFECT !

I am a student in Uni that had just bought his first car. I decided to have the workers at East Side Auto check the car to make sure it was in great condition. Unfortunately they did discover an issue with the car. However, they were able to repair the car and return in to me with a limited timeline. Now I am confident that the used car I bought will work like a dream. Will be returning with the future problems my car has.

John and Peter were absolutely great to work with. I had my Audi in for a complete check over for a trip my family and I are taking over March break. There were issues that were identified by their mechanic, which were then presented to me when they emailed and texted my "digital vehicle report card". Everything was clearly identified along with pictures that backed up what they were telling me on the phone. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner, and at a very competitive price. I'll be back to this garage for all my future service needs. Thanks guys!

Came to EAS after three other places and 12 people including Honda were unable or unwilling to help with a rather tricky "think outside the box" kind of problem. Could have been easy or expensive to fix. Jeremy fixed it! I will be back.

I had the most wonderful pleasure of doing business with Eastside Auto. Initially I booked my appointment over the phone and spoke with Johnny, a very friendly and professional associate of the business, later when I came in for my appointment together with my Mom, I had the great pleasure of meeting Dawn and her associate, who'm I must say are one of the most super friendly, positive and professional people around. I got the feeling from them that they are there first and foremost to help their customers, that they care and that they want their customers to get the best possible service that there is. Dawn made sure to take her time to patiently convey all the important info to me, and diligently prepared all the necessary documentation while my Mom and I enjoyed a quick lunch at a nearby restaurant. I have been taking my cars to John for 20 years. He is very trustworthy and professional. I would consider any negative reviews to be fabrications, exaggerations or at the very least misinterpretations. Keep up the great work John!
