I've been going to eastside the last couple years and can honestly say that they have always provided superior service all around (in an area packed with many shops), not only professional and knowledgeable techs but also honest and fair. Integrity goes a long way in this business and while they arent the cheapest place around the value is unmatched, u never have to worry about quality of parts or repairs, having to repeat the same repairs or any of that nonsense. No matter the specific issues or severity they tell it to you straight, give u the chance to make an informed decision, and i dare say protect those who choose pennies over safety. When I leave with my car i feel it was taken care of properly, that im in good hands myself. To sum it up, eastside provides me peace or mind, and when it comes to my only mode of transportation that goes a long way.

I recently had my tires changed over for the season. The team at Eastside Autos Chartwell Road were very professional and completed the task in no time at all. As this visit occurred during COVID-19, their process to drop off, pay and pick up was made extremely easy. Whilst there was no face to face contact (to adhere to social distancing rules), I was contacted by phone every step of the way. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Amazing service

Customer care is outstanding and so was the workmanship done on my vehicle. They have knowledgeable staff that take the time to explain car terms in a way that is easy to understand for someone who does not know their way around the makeup of a car and all it's mechanisms. They truly try to accommodate you in every way they can. I will certainly be going back in the future.

It was my first time visiting Eastside Auto Service, and I was extreamly pleased. They were very friendly, courtious and profesional. They explained my vehicle's problem clearly and offered reasonable alternate solutions. The shuttle service to and from work was great and enjoyable. I got my car back sooner than they quoted at a lower price than they quoted. All in all Excellent! If I had three thumbs, they would get three thumbs up from me.
