One of the very few auto repair shops I can trust and feel their honesty. I bring alll my 4 vehicles here and I have also recommeded Eastside Auto on Speers to my family and friends and they have all been very happy with their attention to detail and care and service. My friend had a quote for work on his car somewhere close by at another car service place for approx $3300 (which was clearly highway robbery for what it was) and I told them to bring it to Eastside and they received a quote for $1700 which was the fair and correct amount that the first place should have charged. I feel very lucky to have learned of this place!

I had occasion to meet John recently, as a result of an introduction from a personal friend (and existing Eastside client), and in need of advice regarding snow tires and rims for my BMW X3. John, and in fact the entire staff, were very informed and helpful, and totally engaged in the entire process. Purchase was made based on the advice received, and the installation completed in a timely manner. Very professional and a totally pleasant experience. I highly recommend Eastside.

Had another amazing experience at east side auto today when I went in for a seasonal service! As a young adult in her early 20s who doesn't know that much about cars, I know that I can always trust east side auto to give me the best deals and the most respect! I've never seen such a kind and welcoming group of employees as I have seen over the past couple years at this location! Keep up the great work guys!

I own a 2011 Highlander and noticed a clicking noise when turning the steering wheel. I brought the car into the dealer and discovered it was a known problem with several model years including the 2011. Toyota does not cover the fix for this known problem and the dealer quoted me a charge roughly around $1k. I called Eastside for a quote to fix the issue with my Highlander (Milton Toyota gave me the information for this fix). The cost and time to fix was equivalent to the dealer. I chose Eastside Auto Service Speers location because of the personalized service from Devon, the professionalism of the whole staff and perpetual confidence of a job well done. I have and continue to recommend Eastside Auto Service to my friends.
