I love this auto shop. Their work is thorough and excellent; customer service is superb. My car died late one night on the road ( it was the alternator); I had it towed to Eastside;they contacted me first thing in the morning; car was repaired and ready to go early afternoon. This is an auto shop you can rely upon for good service and good counsel.

My husband and I have taken both of our vehicles to Eastside Auto Chartwell location for the past few years. Krystal is amazing. Car ownership/maintenance can at times be a great expense. Eastside will turn over every stone to find you the best deal in a part or in a warranty. The cost of labour is the cost of labour but going above and beyond to assist a Damsel in Distress is consistent at Eastside Auto. More than once in 15+ years have they gone the extra mile with service for my family and me. Since I found them, can’t imagine I went any where else.

Went there to get my brakes done and and was advised that the rear brakes were fine I really appreciate that , doing only the work that's necessary. Very professional and reassuring to know that my car is in goodhands.

Professional, courteous, work done to a my high standard. I do all work on all my cars myself, except for stuff that I can't because it needs a special machine. I have taken my Mercedes for alignment and balance and they've done perfectly. good job

I have always been very happy with the service here and I recommend them to everyone. This team is great and they always answer my questions thoroughly. When there’s a problem with my vehicle they take photos that show the problem and explain the issue. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else.
