I had the winter tires (on rims) installed and balanced, and the summer tires put in storage. The work was done promptly and the car was washed when I picked it up. Always great service

While the quality of service and professionalism is very high I was disappointed that I had to wait so long to have my winter tires installed. I booked an online appointment for 8 AM expecting the tire changeover would take 30 to 45 minutes. It was close to two hours because apparently a number of people showed up at exactly the same time to have the tires done. I’m not sure if those people had an appointment so Eastside double booked or they took people without an appointment first but I got bumped out of my slot because the mechanics were already working on someone else’s vehicle. Because of the Covid prevention protocol I had to a wander around outside for nearly 2 hours while waiting for my vehicle.

The team at Eastside Auto is tremendous they treat you like one of their family. I have been dealing with them for well over 25 year and cannot think of anywhere else I would take my vehicles. Excellent Service hands down.
