Oakville Auto Repair

Squeezed in a quick service for me when I was passing through. They listened, asked questions, and were friendly. I never know what I'm going to get going to a shop but I don't regret stopping here and hope to return! Now that I've had some work done there, I can add more information on the service. The service is great, let's get that straight. They provide a web link through a text that will open up to a full report on what issues were found on your car and what recommendations they have. There was enough time before they called for me to browse the issues and get an idea of what needed to be done. They also provide a free drop-off and pick-up anywhere in Oakville, so I didn't have to sit in the shop all day while my car was fixed. They also wash the car, which is a nice added bonus. They also provide a rewards program that returns roughly 2.5% of your repair costs back onto the card. Now pricing, afterwards, I looked in to what the costs of my repairs seem to be typically. For all but the oil change, it was on the higher end. I had full front brakes replaced, one brake pad in the rear replaced, coolant flushed and filled, power steering flushed and filled, brakes flushed and bled, an oil change, and the brake inspection to find the issue. The labour costs ended up being $650 for that, then the rest was the cost of the parts. Since I'm not an expert in that department, if you are, you can decide whether that's fair or not. From what I assume, it's just over $100 per hour for labour, which again, I believe is on the higher end from what I've seen at other shops in the past. Also, each job they do is priced into packages, so if something took 2 hours to do, but were 3 or 4 separate jobs that could be completed together, they charge the package price, not the timed priced. I was charged probably 6 hours worth of labour but it wasn't 6 hours of labour (since they couldn't complete all the work until parts arrived later in the day anyways). I can understand the reasoning behind it, it just hurts the bank account. But again, I'm no expert. At the end of the day, you get great service so it's up to you what you find fair and reasonable.

I have been a customer of this shop several times now and I have always had my expectations exceeded. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, turn around time is always quick and you are not without your vehicle for long. Shop is well-organized and effective. After every service your car leaves with a free car wash which is a real bonus! I never like paying for auto repairs but I feel the value is worth the price with these guys. can't say enough about them, I would highly recommend them to anybody in the Burlington Oakville Mississauga area

I've been going to eastside for over an year now. Their service is beyond excellent. I'm someone who appreciates when businesses care for their customers and all stakeholders above and beyond the basic level. Eastside is definitely one of those modern day business that does great work, provides excellent service, and helps you out in the best way possible. Their customer service is impeccable. Happy with the results everytime!

I normally dont put reviews for mechanics but this is worth writing. These guys were honest they cleaned out my seat belt buckle that was clogged for $60 approximately instead of charging me $283 for a complete buckle replacement. Shout out to Sean and Eric for being so courteous and helpful. Top notch service way better than other mechanics out there that I've come across!! They also picked me up and dropped me off at the go train. Hands down best mechanic in oakville. Dont take your money to any other place!!

Both Sean and Jeremy are very pleasant to deal with. The service is above and beyond with dealer-style, detailed website car reports. Coming here for the first time, I didn't know what to expect but these guys will take care of you. Thanks guys!

Great customer service !

Over the top assessment complete with a photo report and colour coded urgency repairs (red, orange, green). They even threw in a wash and a ride to/from the GO station. Thank you to the team. If that wasn't enough, EAS has an over the top rewards program with roadside assistance and a cash rewards for loyalty and referrals. Seriously, just switch. We just did. Now to get them to open in Burlington.
