The reason i go here is because i never feel like i am getting ripped off. they are very clear and provide details (with pictures) of the issues so you can make informed decisions. They are very polite and you don't feel like they are trying to upsell you. Highly recommend these folks.

I used Eastside Auto for a pre purchase inspection. John is so thorough explains everything so you can easily understand what your car needs, great customer service and very friendly with awesome professionalism you can tell he has so much experience. They should show JP Motors what a true professional business is about. They even give you a vehicle inspection report showing what your vehicle needs is required, suggested and what passed the inspection. This place comes highly recommended for your automotive needs.

The team at Eastside correctly diagnosed the transmission problem I was having with my 2012 Jaguar XF and found a solution that saved me $2000. When I arrived to pick up the car up and pay for the service, it was clean. I liked the online service report, which included photographs of the car and the diagnostic output. Eastside has a $50 coupon incentive I plan to take advantage of as well as a regular oil and filter change program benefit. I am very impressed.
