Just had a service done by Eastside and was very happy to have chosen them. They got back to me right away and did a very good job on my car. kyrstal and her team were very helpful and, the report was very thorough. Was refreshing to go to a honest place with decent pricing after getting skinned by so many other places overcharging.

In my experience, East Side Auto are an excellent automotive maintenance shop. I’ve used their service on several family vehicles and have always had an excellent overall experience. I appreciate their up front communication including reports that show photos of each identified issue on your vehicle, and I appreciate the fact that the costs of repairs rarely exceed their initial estimates. Their complimentary shuttle service to get you home and back while your vehicle is being repaired is also a nice service. Jeremy and Crystal at the front desk at the Chartwell location are always friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend East Side Auto.
