Came here for the first time after being told by OEM dealer needed both front and rear brakes completely replaced ($1000+). I elected to get a second opinion. Eastside did a complete vehicle assessment and a thorough review of braking system and concluded front brakes were in perfect condition (which they should have been as were just done 18 months ago and services at my dealer 1 week prior), and rear brakes needed to be replaced (makes sense, rusted and raised spots, rear haven’t been done in sometime). Total cost 600$. Not sure what the dealer was thinking….well, I guess I do….., but glad I came to Eastside for a second, sober second opinion. Highly recommend this shop, their approach and the team’s professionalism. Devin was great, Alistair is a whiz getting us around in the shuttle, and the techs are great with their emailed photos and explanations of what’s to be done to the vehicle and why - have never seen that kind of detail from a dealer before! Well done all! Highly recommend this group! Oh, and really appreciate the Loyalty program benefits too!

I drive all the time and I know a little bit about vehicles (by means no expert however) When I called, Jeremy at reception answered the phone, very kind understanding guy. Told him my Honda Civic needed the aluminum oil pan retapped given the threads were totally destroyed by my drain bolt and hence vehicle was leaking oil (most likely my own fault for causing the damage when I last changed my oil)...I dont have a hoist for this kind of repair or a tap/die kit...So the mechanic Dave worked on the vehicle, again super helpful guy. He managed to repair the threads tapping the hole slightly larger and hence get the problem sorted in a half hour. Labour charged was the going rate (mininum hour charged). I was glad that I didnt have to buy a new oil drain pan. I am very happy with their service. Thanks guys you saved the day.

Eastside managed to squeeze me in for an alignment on very short notice. Aligned my lifted 4runner with minimal issues in a very short amount of time into the stock specs recommended. Thanks Shawn and Eastside for your expertise!
