Eastgate changed my summer tyres to my winter tyres; I was impressed with their speedy service of changing my tyres, it was dropped off and done in the same day. They are extremely knowledgeable about any specific issues that might come up while they are working on your vehicle; And any suggestions to fix the issues that come up. They also told me there was an issue with my car & they suggested taking it to a body shop; the people at the body shop told me there’s nothing wrong with my car. I was a bit annoyed/confused because I was hearing two completely different things about the issue. All in all the issue that arose doesn’t mean that they are not a great place to have any car maintenance done on your car. I’d recommend them for anyone in the Oakville Area.

Came here for the first time after being told by OEM dealer needed both front and rear brakes completely replaced ($1000+). I elected to get a second opinion. Eastside did a complete vehicle assessment and a thorough review of braking system and concluded front brakes were in perfect condition (which they should have been as were just done 18 months ago and services at my dealer 1 week prior), and rear brakes needed to be replaced (makes sense, rusted and raised spots, rear haven’t been done in sometime). Total cost 600$. Not sure what the dealer was thinking….well, I guess I do….., but glad I came to Eastside for a second, sober second opinion. Highly recommend this shop, their approach and the team’s professionalism. Devin was great, Alistair is a whiz getting us around in the shuttle, and the techs are great with their emailed photos and explanations of what’s to be done to the vehicle and why - have never seen that kind of detail from a dealer before! Well done all! Highly recommend this group! Oh, and really appreciate the Loyalty program benefits too!
