This shop is a joy to deal with. Prompt, efficient, great communicators and very thorough.

Took our Lexus NX 200t to get brake pads and fluid replaced. The inspection was detailed, and Rob helped us thoroughly by tailoring recommendations to our servicing (just doing fluids as pads were still adequate). They provided me a ride to and from home, and had excellent customer service throughout. Pricing was reasonable and competitive too. All the maintenance information is also sent electronically. It was our first time there, but won’t be our last. Thank you Eastside!

Went to change my tires for my subaru (to swap for winter tires) and I must say these guys are the VERY best Auto service you can go to. I did all the online research, read every review, because I know of the horror stories of botch mechanics that will rip you off. I PROMISE you these guys won't they go above and beyond, EVEN send pictures to your phone about all the problems your car has and the OPTION to fix them later on unless marked a serious problem. I was blown away and hands down know I'll be going to these guys until i am to old to drive. I HIGHLY Recommend them you will get no better service anywhere else. Just real service, with blunt genuine solutions. 10/10
