Devin and John are great! I've been to many dealerships and they overcharge, they aren't honest etc. The people at East Side Auto are kind, they send you a report by email/ text with what needs to be repaired, what's an option but not a necessity and all the things that are good with the car. The prices are decent, the work and the service is excellent. I highly recommend them!

Very thorough inspection of the car with a detail report on checked items. Also provided a shuttle service which was very convenient. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
